return & refund policy

At The Buy Nest LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and hassle-free return and refund process.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, grains)

  • Personal care items (if opened or used)

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless damaged/defective)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@thebuynestllc.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll offer you a:

  • Replacement at no cost

  • Or full refund (including shipping)

Please keep all packaging materials for inspection.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or variation), contact us and we’ll assist with the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped. To cancel, email us at info@thebuynestllc.com as soon as possible.
